The Miss USA scandal involving Carrie Prejean, Miss California, and Perez Hilton, a celebrity blogger, continues to be a hot topic throughout the blogosphere. Hilton asked Miss California if she supported a recent ruling in Vermont that allowed for same sex marriage. Her answer was a bit confusing, but this is the essential part: “In my country, and in my family, I think that I believe that a marriage should be between a man and a woman. No offense to anybody out there, but that’s how I was raised and that’s how I think that it should be. Between a man and a woman.”
